September Timetable


After a weeks holiday from teaching classes, I am looking forward to starting again this Monday. See the schedule below for times and cost.

In Monday evenings class, we will work on functional mobility and core stability, a great class to come to if you have suffered from injury, have pain or restricted movement in your body that impacts on your life.

Tuesday evenings class is a gentle restorative class, perfect to unwind, relax and still work on gaining strength, balance and enhancing mobility.

All other classes are general classes.
