"Yoga should not be a training for body control; on the contrary, it must bring freedom to the body, all the freedom it needs. Yoga should help us acquire the order in the body that is necessary for it to function properly." Vanda Scaravelli

"Yoga in the Valley with Jill is a regular treat, and a total body and soul tonic. The unique setting in Jill's home provides calm, serenity and a beautiful and peaceful backdrop to help focus. Her attentiveness to everyone in the class means that you get a personalised session with care to any injuries or issues you may have." Lindsey Schofield
